Over 10years of working with globally recognised EPC and Oil and Gas operators in Europe, Middle East and Africa, Michael provides a strong link between client business drivers and <company name> operational compliance to deliver state of the art technology into the sector.

Kingsley Ifeanyichukwu Okeke, is a seasoned Geoscientist with back ground on Mudlogging & Petrophysics,also a QHSE specialist ( NEBOSH Diploma & ISO certified ) & a passionate QHSE trainer with over 20 yrs experience in the Oil & Gas sector . Managing Director / CEO, Dibko Petromax Ltd & Corporate Safety Services Nig Ltd. He is happily married with 3 kids & is open for new challenges.

Micheal Edobor Onwubuya has extensive experience in the oil & gas and banking industries and has served as a Non-Executive Director, providing Sea Whip Limited with expert advice and evidence on Nigerian and international banking transactions.
He has over 20 years of experience working in a variety of financial institutions
He became a certified accountant before moving to Canada. He has worked on a variety of operational and acquisition-based projects before being named Finance Adviser at Sea Whip Limited.

Ugo Nwofor otherwise called Ugo Harris, is an Attorney, Strategy Consultant, Notary Public, Author, Corporate Executive, and Human Management Consultant/ Therapist with over 20 years of Company and legal expertise.
Ugo Harris is a prominent Advocate and leader in the business world, and he presently acts as legal Counsel for Sea Whip Limited

Ugo Harris has extensive experience of the Nigerian legal system relevant to oil and gas, where he built a strong international network and obtained a grasp of Nigeria and international business and investment, particularly with regard to Nigeria’s allure as an investment destination. He heralded many milestone cases that led to revolutionary judicial interpretations of the Nigerian Law.

Extensive entrepreneurial and company development abilities, a clear strategic vision, and a comprehensive understanding of the oil and gas industry.
In addition to his positions as investment manager and senior advisor, he is responsible for designing and executing company and project plans. Osa has a plethora of experience in the oil and gas industry and a unique understanding of the African, Asian, and Middle Eastern markets. He possesses extensive worldwide experience and substantial operational and project management skills.

Emeka collins munonyedi joined sea whip limited in 2022 as HSE Director and is responsible for our health, safety, and environment function. Before joining sea whip limited, Emeka held a variety of executive and non-executive positions in national and international infrastructure and utility organisations.
Emeka is also the director of an industry-based organisation that supports members involved in bulk fuel and energy infrastructure and advocates for Safety, Health, Environmental, and Technical issues.
Emeka, who has extensive experience in Environmental Social Governance (ESG), also leads our ESG Committee. He views Diversity & Inclusion as a crucial and strategic concern. He has also worked with YOHESOR, working directly with displaced kids to assist them reintegrate into society. He believes it is essential to set an example and to guarantee that we are making a difference for both current and future generations.

Ifeanyi Donald Munonyedi studied at Enugu state university of science and Technology Enugu (Esut)At the university in Nigeria, and moved to London where he acquired a degree in Diagnostic Radiography and he has worked in various industry sectors including health care and in general management and senior HR roles.
Previous to sea whip limited, Ifeanyi worked at large businesses before being appointed HR Director at sea whip limited in 2022.
During his in UK , Ifeanyi has completed so many courses which enabled him move into his current role of Director in 2022. He describes himself as having had an interesting career so far, which has provided many varied and wide challenges and wonderful progression opportunities.

The founding director of Sea Whip Limited is Kaine . Since the company’s establishment, he has kept his current role with Sea Whip Limited.
Kaine’s experience in the oil and gas and mining industries spans more than two decades.
He holds certification in IOSH, NABOSH, as we as a BSc in Computer Science certifications, and his early career included a variety of IT roles with Staffing Match UK, one of the UK’s largest suppliers of labour across Europe and the United States. he serves as the managing director of Corporate Safety and Security Services Limited, a UK-based company. Born in Anambra State, Nigeria, he spent some time in London before establishing Sea Whip Limited in Nigeria.
Kaine introduced his skills in information technology to the organisation, where he developed an integrated system at the core of its operations. Utilizing technology to achieve the best levels of customer service has always been a company distinction. His present focus is on directing the expansion
and growth of the company, with an emphasis on foreign markets.
